At CallViaQR, we provide instant digital delivery of QR codes and services. This policy outlines our shipping and cancellation terms for both our Free and Premium plans.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All our services are delivered digitally - no physical shipping required!

1.1 Instant Digital Delivery

  • QR Codes: Generated and available for download instantly upon vehicle registration
  • Business Cards: PDF files available for immediate download (Premium feature)
  • Service Access: All features activated immediately upon registration or subscription
  • No Waiting: No shipping time, no delivery delays, no courier dependencies

1.2 How You Receive Your Digital Products

  • Dashboard Access: All QR codes and downloads available in your user dashboard
  • Email Notifications: Account activation and important updates sent via email
  • SMS Alerts: OTP verification and subscription confirmations via SMS
  • WhatsApp Notifications: Contact alerts when someone scans your QR code

2. Free Plan - No Cancellation Needed

Our Free Plan has no charges, so there's nothing to cancel!

2.2 Stopping Free Plan Usage

  • Data Retention: Your data is kept for 90 days after account deletion for recovery
  • QR Codes: Continue working even after account deletion (forever)

3. Premium Plan Cancellation

Our Premium Plan costs ₹99 per month and can be cancelled anytime:

3.1 How to Cancel Premium Subscription

  1. Dashboard Method: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  2. Contact Support: WhatsApp, email, or call our support team
  3. Email Request: Send cancellation request from your registered email
  4. Instant Processing: Cancellation is processed immediately

3.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Immediate Effect: No future charges will be made
  • Current Period: Premium features remain active until the end of current billing cycle
  • Auto-Downgrade: Account automatically downgrades to Free Plan (2 vehicles)
  • Excess Vehicles: Vehicles beyond 2 are archived (not deleted)
  • Data Safety: All your data remains safe and accessible

3.3 Cancellation Timeline

  • Immediate: Stop recurring charges instantly
  • End of Period: Premium features deactivate at billing cycle end
  • Free Plan Activation: Automatic with 2 active vehicles

4. No Physical Shipping Involved

Since CallViaQR is a 100% digital service, traditional shipping terms don't apply:

5. Service Cancellation vs Account Deletion

5.2 Complete Account Deletion

Permanently removes your account:

  • QR codes continue to work but show "Account Deleted" message
  • Cannot be undone after 90-day grace period
  • Requires creating new account to use service again

6. Cancellation Scenarios

6.1 Voluntary Cancellation

  • Any Time: Cancel your Premium subscription anytime
  • No Questions: No lengthy cancellation surveys or retention attempts
  • Instant Process: Processed immediately, no waiting period
  • No Penalties: No cancellation fees or charges

6.2 Involuntary Cancellation

We may cancel your service for:

  • Terms Violation: Breaking our Terms of Service
  • Payment Issues: Repeated failed payment attempts
  • Abuse: Misusing the platform or harassing other users
  • Fraudulent Activity: Fake registrations or payment fraud

6.3 System Maintenance Cancellation

  • Advance Notice: Minimum 24-hour notice for planned maintenance
  • Service Credits: Extended downtime results in billing cycle extension
  • Emergency Maintenance: Immediate notification via all available channels

7. Data Handling After Cancellation

7.1 Personal Data

  • Profile Information: Kept for 90 days for account recovery
  • Vehicle Data: Archived but not deleted (can be restored)
  • Transaction History: Retained for legal and tax purposes (7 years)
  • Support Communications: Kept for quality assurance and training

7.2 QR Code Functionality

  • Cancelled Subscription: QR codes continue to work with Free Plan limits
  • Deleted Account: QR codes show "Account no longer active" message
  • Contact Form: Still allows people to leave messages for 90 days
  • Permanent Deactivation: After 90 days, QR codes show service unavailable

8. Refund Policy Connection

Cancellation and refunds are separate policies:

8.1 Cancellation + Refund

  • Cancel within 7 days of Premium subscription for full refund

  • Refund requests must be made within the refund window

8.2 Cancellation Only

  • Cancel after 7 days to stop future charges (no refund for current period)
  • Premium features remain active until end of billing cycle
  • Fair usage - you've already used the service for the paid period

9. Reactivation After Cancellation

9.1 Subscription Reactivation

  • Anytime: Resubscribe to Premium instantly
  • Data Restoration: All archived vehicles reactivated immediately
  • Same Account: No need to create new account
  • Full Features: All Premium features restored instantly

9.2 Account Restoration

  • Within 90 Days: Deleted accounts can be restored
  • Contact Support: Email or WhatsApp to request restoration
  • Identity Verification: Verify ownership for security
  • After 90 Days: Permanent deletion - cannot be restored

10. Special Cancellation Situations

10.1 Deceased User Account

  • Family members can request account cancellation
  • Death certificate and identity proof required
  • QR codes can be kept active for memorial purposes
  • Full refund provided regardless of timing

10.2 Medical Emergency

  • Temporary subscription pause available
  • Medical documentation required
  • Up to 6-month pause with feature preservation
  • Full refund consideration on case-by-case basis

10.3 Technical Issues

  • Service not working due to our technical problems
  • Full refund + service credits provided
  • No cancellation needed - we'll make it right

11. Business Continuity Assurance

11.1 Service Shutdown Protection

If CallViaQR ever shuts down:

  • 90-Day Notice: Minimum advance notification
  • Data Export: Full data export provided to all users
  • QR Code Transition: Alternative contact method setup assistance
  • Full Refunds: Unused subscription time fully refunded

11.2 Service Transfer

  • If service is sold to another company, you'll be notified
  • Option to cancel and get refund if you don't agree to transfer
  • 30-day window to decide on service transfer
